Lindsey Richardson has always called the Okanagan home and has gratefully established her legal career in Penticton. Her practice includes civil litigation, particularly pertaining to estates and sexual assaults, estate planning and probate, and corporate matters.
Lindsey has represented clients in BC Provincial Court, Federal Court, and BC Supreme Court matters. While she is comfortable advocating for her clients in court, she also understands the value of alternative dispute resolution and pursues those avenues where appropriate. Her approach is measured, solution focused, and grounded in helping clients understand both the process and the path forward.
Lindsey is active in the community and legal profession. She is a board member of the Canadian Mental Health Association, South Okanagan Similkameen Division, and serves as President of the Penticton and District Bar Association. She is also a past board member of the Naramata Bench Wineries Association.
