Kathryn leads with care

Kathryn practises primarily in the area of family law. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with honours in 2005 and completed her law degree at Queen’s University in 2010. She was called to the Ontario bar in June 2011 after articling at a litigation boutique in Toronto, and to the British Columbia bar in November 2011.

Before joining Interior Law in 2017, Kathryn practised at a full service law firm in Summerland for over four years. She regularly represents clients in contested court applications and trials, while also resolving many disputes through negotiation and mediation. Her psychology background and compassionate nature bring depth to her work, especially when clients are navigating emotionally charged family matters.

Kathryn is known for being both thoughtful and strong in her advocacy. She is committed to helping clients understand their options, move through conflict with confidence, and achieve practical outcomes.

She is an active member of the Penticton and District Bar Association, where she previously served as Vice President and Treasurer.

Outside the office, Kathryn enjoys the Saturday Farmer’s Market, community events, and spending time with her husband and their two children in Penticton.
